Building Services Engineering Project Manager

This role involves supporting the delivery of complex projects from inception to operation, ensuring design briefs and construction drawings align with user requirements from a building services engineering perspective. The position requires coordinating between multiple business units, developing strategies for MEP-related aspects, and managing risks, quality assurance, and handover plans. The successful candidate will work closely with the Property and PRM teams to ensure projects meet operational objectives and statutory compliance.
