About this role
Responsible for operating, repairing, and maintaining building systems including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing, electrical, and related mechanical equipment to ensure safe, efficient facility operation. The role supports inspections, major repairs and replacements, and calibration of controls while following regulations and company procedures. Works onsite at a defined Verizon location with scheduled 40-hour work weeks and potential overtime, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

- EPA Universal Technician Certification (40 CFR Part 82 Subpart H)
- Valid State Driver's License
