Buildings/Maintenance Technician I

The Buildings/Maintenance Technician I performs routine maintenance, repairs, and preventive maintenance to ensure the community's buildings, equipment, and grounds remain safe, clean, and functional. The role involves assisting with basic repairs across various trades, supporting resident move-ins and move-outs, and maintaining organized work areas. Technicians work under the direction of the Buildings/Maintenance Manager and senior staff to uphold safety standards and complete assigned work orders efficiently.
