Bus Driver Trainer

The Bus Driver Trainer provides behind-the-wheel training and instruction on school bus regulations and safety procedures for drivers and attendants. This role involves preparing in-service training, evaluating driver knowledge and skills, and maintaining required documentation for compliance. The position also includes assisting with the recruitment and hiring of bus driver candidates and serving as a cover or regular route driver when not training.
