About this role

The Business Advisor (Casual) provides one‑on‑one advising services to small business owners, referring them to SBDC resources and maintaining accurate records for tracking and funding. Responsibilities

Provide one‑on‑one business advising services to small business owners
Refer clients to SBDC services, classes, programs and external resources
Maintain accurate computerized records for SBA and Oregon SBDC Network
Consult with the SBDC Director and team to improve client service
Communicate empathetically to help owners start, grow, and expand businesses
