About this role

As a Business Analyst I at ICON, you will analyze activity performance, develop accurate reporting tools, and ensure consistent project reporting within the global healthcare intelligence organization. The role involves conducting cost-benefit analyses, driving continuous improvement efforts, and collaborating with IT GBS teams and the Finance department to manage budgets and forecasts. You will also be responsible for managing Key Financial Performance Indicators and providing regular reports on key financial metrics to senior management.

Responsibilities

Develop accurate reporting tools for activity performance analysis
Coordinate financial forecasting exercises with the Finance team
Manage IT BAU CAPEX budget forecasting and spend reporting
Identify process improvement opportunities and recommended action plans
Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on key financial metrics
