Business Analyst, IT PMO

The Business Analyst, IT PMO supports the delivery of digital, IT, and clinical transformation initiatives across Scarborough Health Network by partnering with Senior Project Managers and stakeholders to translate business and clinical needs into actionable requirements. The role ensures solutions are safe, effective, and aligned with operational workflows, privacy, and cybersecurity standards. It involves leading requirement elicitation, analyzing workflows, and supporting project planning, execution, and implementation activities. The position also includes maintaining documentation, supporting compliance, and contributing to continuous improvement of PMO processes.
