Business Analyst IV

The Business Analyst IV leads complex initiatives and escalations supporting Long-Term Care enrollment, service authorization, and claims within the Medicaid and CHIP Services department. This senior-level role oversees business analysis tasks, acts as a liaison between vendors, IT, and program areas, and may perform Product Owner responsibilities in an Agile environment. The position serves as a subject matter expert to identify improvement opportunities and coordinate resolutions for production issues impacting multiple stakeholders.
