About this role

As a Business Analyst specializing in Test, Training, and Exercise (TT&E), you will lead high-impact initiatives to drive process modernization and ensure the continuity of operations across the enterprise. You will manage complex programs, mentor teams, and provide strategic guidance to senior leadership on business continuity planning and crisis management within the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) environment. This role involves developing rigorous test programs, maintaining global command and control toolsets, and ensuring mission success through comprehensive continuity and resilience strategies.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor the TT&E team to achieve performance goals
Develop integrated continuity test, training, and exercise programs
Manage currency of the Senior Leader Relocation Team roster
Maintain proficiency in administering the Emergency Notification System
Document exercise results and develop corrective action plans
