About this role
This role collects and develops requirements for workflows in and out of a marketing platform, and ensures documentation and quality of delivered requirements. The position acts as a client-facing liaison between internal teams and customers to support launches, campaign execution, and other marketing initiatives. It supports process and impact analysis to improve existing workflows and data handling practices.
