Business Analyst

This role involves joining a dynamic organisation in Germiston for a 12-month contract to drive business improvement and technology-enabled solutions within a logistics environment. The Business Analyst will understand business needs, analyse current processes, and translate requirements into practical solutions that support operational efficiency and system improvements. The position requires strong stakeholder engagement and the ability to facilitate workshops to document and implement As-Is and To-Be processes.
