Business Analyst

The Business Analyst will play a foundational role on a newly formed Discovery team, focused on uncovering, documenting, and analyzing existing business processes that support life insurance policy administration and related operations. This role is focused on deep process discovery, institutional knowledge capture, and fact-based clarity to enable modernization, simplification, and system replacement efforts. The analyst will work closely with business SMEs, product owners, and technology partners to establish a clear and shared understanding of how work is performed today and where complexity, risk, and opportunity exist.
