The Business Analyst serves as a key link between business stakeholders and technical teams within Global IT, responsible for understanding business needs and translating them into functional solutions. This role supports the full solution lifecycle, from requirements gathering and workshops through testing, deployment, and post-implementation support. The position involves facilitating discussions, creating functional specifications, and ensuring delivered solutions meet organizational objectives across ERP, EPM, and transformation initiatives.
