This role serves as an intermediary between business and technical areas, working with internal and external teams to collect, clarify, and translate requirements. The position involves developing applications and solutions, creating documentation for processes, and monitoring project performance to ensure alignment with key business goals. The ideal candidate will utilize data visualization tools and database queries to drive business performance and continuous improvement.
