Business Analyst

This Business Analyst role sits at the intersection of the Incentive Compensation Team, Global Commissions Team, and IT, translating complex sales compensation designs into clear, actionable requirements for technical implementation. The role partners with the IT Product Owner and business stakeholders to own business requirements documentation, ensuring compensation plan designs and policies are accurately translated into functional requirements within the Sales Performance Management system. Additionally, the role plays a critical part in solution delivery by coordinating business validation, defining test scenarios, leading user acceptance testing, and providing business sign-off for configured solutions.
