Business Analyst

The Business Analyst supports Product, Operations, Engineering, and Quality Engineering in the analysis, documentation, refinement, and delivery of business requirements for the CHIPS application, a critical system for global payments. This role develops and applies working knowledge of CHIPS business processes, payment flows, application functionality, system interfaces, and operational workflows. The Business Analyst works with Product and business stakeholders to ensure requirements and acceptance criteria are clear, complete, testable, and traceable and partners with Engineering and Quality Engineering to identify application impacts, dependencies, and potential requirement gaps throughout the software development lifecycle.
