Business Analyst

The Business Analyst will join the CRM Core team to design and improve platform-level processes for an internal CRM platform used across the bank. This role involves translating stakeholder requirements into scalable solutions and collaborating with Engineering and Product teams to deliver new CRM capabilities. The position focuses on developing core functionality, designing end-to-end workflows, and defining reusable interface components for operational teams.
