Business Analytics Consulting Director (Data Modeler)

The Business Analytics Consulting Director (Data Modeler) is a hands-on individual contributor responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-level data models that support CNA’s cloud-based analytics and reporting ecosystem. The role partners with cross-functional product and business teams to establish scalable conceptual, logical, and physical models, shape data architecture and systems of record, and support cloud data modernization initiatives within the P&C insurance domain.
