Business Analytics Senior Manager

The Senior Manager, Business Analytics will lead a newly established Business Excellence function to build a robust data foundation that enables insight-driven decision-making across Amgen Japan. The role focuses on governance and stewardship of Japanese commercial and operational data within the JAPAC MDM/Data Lake and aligning local data initiatives with enterprise strategy and regional/global teams. This position acts as a central partner to Technology, Commercial, Medical, Finance and global data teams to advance data accessibility, literacy, and strategic use of analytics across the organization.
