Business Application Analyst

Bankwell is seeking a Business Application Analyst to support and expand the use of Jack Henry Enterprise Workflow across the organization. This role serves as the liaison between business departments and technology teams, helping automate, standardize, and improve operational processes through workflow design, system integration, task automation, approvals, and reporting. The successful candidate will work closely with department leaders and subject matter experts to understand existing processes, identify improvement opportunities, configure workflow solutions, support production workflows, and ensure workflows operate efficiently and consistently throughout the bank.
