Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches Studium oder gleichwertige Qualifikation gemäß § 75 AMG
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Vertrieb oder Marketing verschreibungspflichtiger Arzneimittel
- Nachweisbare Führungserfahrung inkl. Coaching, Performance-Management und Talententwicklung
- Sicheres Verständnis des deutschen Gesundheitssystems
- Hohe Datenkompetenz und Erfahrung mit CRM-, BI-Tools und Omnichannel-Logiken
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Einflusskompetenz
