The Business Associate supports the Patient Care Center and centralized departments by providing administrative and operational support, data and database management, and materials/inventory coordination. The role follows the ASPIRE philosophy to monitor KPIs, process information, and assist patients and departments with unit-specific tasks and training functions. It is based at The Valley Hospital-Paramus and includes evening shift coverage.
