The Business Banking Assistant provides administrative, operational, and client support to the Business Banking team, ensuring efficient processing of commercial banking activities and delivering exceptional service to business customers. This role acts as a key point of contact for clients, partnering closely with Business Bankers, Commercial Lenders, Loan Operations, and Retail Banking to deliver a seamless customer experience. The position involves preparing loan documentation, coordinating loan closings, and assisting with onboarding new business clients while maintaining compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
