Business Change Management Consultant

The role involves supporting end‑to‑end change management activities for transformation programmes across ERP, MES and PLM environments within Sopra Steria’s Aerospace, Defence and Security business. The consultant will facilitate workshops, training and communications, track adoption and benefits, and contribute to operational alignment without direct line‑management responsibilities.
