Business Change Manager

The Business Change Manager supports the planning, execution, and successful adoption of cross-functional change initiatives involving business processes, systems, and operational improvements across DSV Road. This role partners with Operations, IT, Engineering, Finance, and other stakeholders to manage assigned projects, gather and translate business requirements, assess impacts, coordinate testing and implementation, and support successful adoption of change. The position serves as an individual contributor responsible for independently managing assigned projects and workstreams using change management, project management, and business analysis best practices.
