Veeva is seeking recent university graduates to join the Business Consultant Development Program (BCDP) as Associate Consultants. This structured 20-month program is designed to equip participants with core consulting skills, deep domain expertise, and leadership foundations to drive long-term career success. Participants will align with one of five core practice areas—Analytics, Commercial, Content, R&D, or Quality—to build targeted industry expertise while collaborating on customer-facing engagements.

Responsibilities

Support and deliver customer engagements including workshops and stakeholder interviews
Collaborate with consultants to create deliverables optimizing customer operating models
Leverage software and data to develop tangible business and operational solutions
