Business Consultant III

The Claims Sustainment & Support department is seeking a Business Consultant III to provide end-to-end consulting support and leadership across business processes, policies, and transformation initiatives. This role translates business objectives into practical redesign and implementation priorities to improve customer, employee, and organizational outcomes. The successful candidate will lead continuous improvement, process redesign, and change management efforts while building trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
