Morningside Services is a Washington State nonprofit (est. 1963) that helps people with disabilities find and keep community-based jobs by matching individual skills and interests with employer opportunities. They deliver supported employment and job coaching, high-school transition programs (including Project SEARCH), foundational community supports, and related services to promote long‑term employment and inclusion. Morningside partners with employers and community organizations, provides advocacy and resources (and ancillary IT services), and helps navigate funding for supported employment.
