About this role

The Business Continuity Analyst will support implementation and maintenance of the Business Continuity components of Morningstar’s Enterprise Resilience Program, ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations, corporate guidelines, and local requirements. The role partners with colleagues across the company to strengthen staff and location resilience and reports to the Global Enterprise Resilience Manager. The position is based in Chicago with a hybrid (four days onsite) work arrangement.
