About this role

Mercury is seeking a Business Continuity Management Lead to build and lead an enterprise-wide continuity program as the company prepares to become a bank. This role involves establishing practical standards, clear accountability, and tested capabilities to maintain critical services and recover effectively from disruptions. The position reports directly to the CRO and senior leadership, coordinating BCM across the organization while working closely with Engineering, Operations, Product, Information Security, Legal, Compliance, and business teams.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement enterprise BCM framework, policies, and operating model
Conduct business impact analyses and map critical service dependencies
Design and lead risk-based exercise programs and drive remediation
