Business Continuity Manager

The Business Continuity Manager develops, implements, and improves the organization's business continuity, emergency preparedness, and operational resilience programs. This role supports the organization's ability to prepare for, respond to, and recover from disruptions while maintaining safe, effective, and essential patient care services across home and community care, clinic, and office settings. The position collaborates with operations, shared services, external partners, and subcontractors to ensure continuity of clinical care and other essential services during emergencies.
