The Business Controller will support the Damen Shiprepair & Conversion Division by providing financial forecasting, planning and control across multiple shipyards. The role partners with the Finance Director and local finance managers to translate strategic decisions into financial insights and KPIs and to support decision-making. The position is primarily based in Schiedam with regular travel to other head office locations and shipyards.
