Business Controls RCSA Senior Analyst

The RCSA Senior Analyst on SoFi’s Business Controls team supports the 1LOD by facilitating consistent execution of enterprise risk management programs. The role partners with risk owners and business units across lending products to identify, document, and assess risks and controls and to support control testing, issue remediation, and risk reporting. This position helps strengthen the company’s risk framework and control environment.
