About this role

Leidos is seeking an experienced Business Data Analyst / Methodologist to support an Intelligence Community customer by designing, implementing, and analyzing workforce surveys and business analytics initiatives. The role involves partnering with stakeholders to develop survey strategies, analyze qualitative and quantitative data, and present actionable insights to senior leadership. This position requires an active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance and advanced data analytics experience.
