About this role
A 3.5-year Leonardo Business Apprenticeship offering paid training, on-the-job rotations across multiple business functions and funded academic study toward a Chartered Manager Apprenticeship and BA (Hons) Business and Management. Apprentices gain practical commercial experience within the Electronics line of business, supported by an on-site apprentice team with protected study time and opportunities for community and STEM engagement. The role is a fixed-term position based in Luton with a hybrid working pattern.
