Business Development Associate

Arlington/Roe is seeking a Business Development Associate in Indianapolis, Indiana, to participate in a 24-month training and development program designed to prepare individuals for a career as an insurance professional. The role focuses on increasing new submissions, quotes, and premium by promoting web-based and telephone quoting systems to agency customers.
