A capital markets specialist role focused on driving USDC adoption across repo and swap dealer ecosystems by integrating USDC into secured financing, derivatives margining, and dealer balance-sheet workflows. The position is hands-on at the intersection of market structure, regulation, and product execution, working directly with primary dealers, swap dealers, clearinghouses, and market infrastructure providers. The role reports to the Global Head of Capital Markets and advises senior leadership on capital, liquidity, and operational opportunities for USDC.
