Business Development Director, DMV Area

The Senior Business Development Director will lead growth strategy for Parsons' Critical Infrastructure and Rail Transit Systems business across the Washington DC, Maryland, and Virginia (DMV) area. The role focuses on expanding market share across transportation sectors including environmental services, design, planning, program and construction management, while coordinating business development across roads, transit, rail, and aviation. This senior leader will represent Parsons externally and build strategic partnerships with public agencies, contractor partners, and private clients to grow the geographic market and brand.
