Business Development Director

The Business Development Director will grow current customer relationships and expand service offerings while generating net-new business to increase top-line revenue. This role involves developing a continuous sales pipeline, meeting retention and sales quotas, and owning the account management and go-to-market strategy. The position requires educating decision-makers on the company's competitive advantages and managing the RFP process in partnership with operations.
