Business Development Director

The Business Development Director at The Fitzgerald of Palisades, a Kisco Senior Living Signature community, is an external sales professional responsible for implementing comprehensive sales and marketing plans to generate new revenue through referrals that convert to move-ins. The role focuses on enhancing the community's and Kisco brand's positive image within the surrounding area. This position involves creating relational channels, generating community referrals, and managing business development plans and budgets. The director will also assist with marketing events and cover the sales office as needed.
