About this role
The SMB Business Development Executive II - Retention leads high-impact negotiations with SMB-managed restaurant partners during pivotal moments such as renewals, churn-risk situations, and exclusivity discussions. The role owns complex deal conversations end-to-end, balancing merchant needs with DoorDash’s strategic priorities to drive retention and revenue growth. This position reports to the Manager of SMB Business Development and is expected to be hybrid with in-office time, merchant travel, and remote work.
