Business Development Executive

This role focuses on championing business development efforts alongside agents to educate and equip them with the knowledge and skills needed to present and win Employee Benefit cases. The position involves collaborating with the Actuarial pricing team, analyzing sales quotations, and supporting the overall new business sales process to expand the Employee Benefits Business. The incumbent will also handle channel enquiries, conduct sales and product training, and assist in sales-related projects to increase upsell opportunities.
