Business Development & In-Licensing Director

The Business Development & In-Licensing Director will build and lead Scope's capability for identifying, evaluating, and securing new assets and strategic partnerships within the eyecare sector. Reporting to the CEO, this role involves shaping the business development strategy, establishing robust evaluation processes, and leading priority transactions from initial assessment through negotiation and completion. The position requires a scientifically credible and commercially astute professional to drive investment decisions and grow the function as the pipeline develops.
