Business Development Leader

This role is responsible for driving sales efforts for Fluid Power and Component Groups across the NAFTA territory by developing and implementing strategic plans. The position involves managing relationships with OEMs, distributors, and end-users while leading a team to maximize sales opportunities and achieve targets.
