This role focuses on growing the company's third-party managed portfolio by actively hunting and securing new management contracts for student housing properties. The ideal candidate will leverage an existing network in student housing and multifamily to generate pipeline and close deals with faith-based colleges, universities, and private owners. The position requires a hunter mindset to drive business growth across Texas, Florida, and the South.
