The Business Development Manager (Salons) is a field sales role based in the Chicago metro responsible for growing Nutrafol’s salon partnerships and brand presence across a defined Midwest territory. The role is remote-first but requires residency in the Chicago market and frequent overnight travel throughout IL, MI, IN, WI, KY, and TN. The position reports to the Salon Director, has predetermined targets for new and existing accounts, and is eligible for base salary plus commission, bonus, and a car allowance. Candidates must be able to travel extensively and support salon education and business development efforts.
