The Business Development Manager at UBC Okanagan’s Faculty of Management is an external-facing role focused on expanding employer, industry, and alumni partnerships to create co-op, internship, project-based, and full-time opportunities for BCom and MM students. The role supports the Faculty’s engagement strategy and reports to the Director, Student Development. It contributes labour market insights and works closely with academic and central university partners to strengthen student employment pathways.
