PowerUs
As the first hire for PowerUs Hires, you will build a new business unit focused on automating recruitment for trade companies using AI and software. You will acquire and manage clients, coordinate the entire recruitment process from job posting to interview organization, and collaborate closely with the engineering team to optimize internal systems. This role requires a pragmatic, results-oriented individual who is eager to grow with the company from the ground up.
