Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager will join Upway's US Operations team in the Bay Area to lead the expansion of the partner network for second-hand e‑bikes. The role owns the full sales cycle—from cold outreach to deal closing—and is responsible for sourcing inventory, building relationships with bike shops and retailers, and traveling extensively to meet partners. This high‑ownership position requires strong outbound sales, negotiation, and cross‑functional collaboration to achieve ambitious growth targets.
