Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager will join the Utility Growth Team to accelerate growth across the utility market by selling integrated marketing, communications, and customer engagement services alongside ICF’s consulting and technology offerings. This role involves building and advancing a pipeline of opportunities, owning the full sales lifecycle, and translating client challenges into growth opportunities. The position focuses on helping utilities navigate industry transformations by driving program participation, customer engagement, and brand trust.
